Organizational Activities

Created in 1987, ARTTIC is a European provider of management services for international collaborative R&D projects. The ARTTIC group comprises several companies based in France, Belgium, Germany and Israel. ARTTIC's total staff adds up to about 50 persons, all specialised in the provision of advice and practical assistance in all aspects of international R&D collaborations. Services include helping clients to elaborate their strategy for private-public R&D partnerships, establishing project feasibility, managing proposal development, finding partners to establish international consortia, helping to settle contracts, taking care of project management, and helping to successfully disseminate and exploit project results.

In NEURINOX, ARTTIC will constitute the Project Office and will as such be in charge of the project management and provide methods, tools and operational support for the collaboration within the consortium:

Key Personnel

Sara Skogsäter,Senior Consultant, has 14 years of experience in the management of projects, whereof 9 years in the preparation and management of European collaborative research projects. In particular, she has worked on projects within the theme  Health and Life sciences in different research areas such as RNAi, toxicology, stem cells, iPSCs, drug development, infectious diseases and neurodegenerative diseases.
Sara advises and manages all aspects related to the building and management of a collaborative project, such as the proposal writing, the partnership, the budget setup, the operational, financial and contractual follow-up once the project started, the consortium management and the communication and reporting towards the European Commission.

Dominique Wasquel joined ARTTIC in September 2003 and holds the position of Project Manager. In the last 11 years, she has been involved in the management of many FP5, FP6 and FP7 EU research projects, mainly in the field of Health such as RIGHT (FP6), MetaFight (FP7), ANTIFLU (FP7), ESNATS (FP7). She successfully handled different aspects of the project management activities and provided support to various consortia with the organisation, administrative, financial and legal matters.
Besides her experience in project management activities, the organization of public events is part of her responsibilities.
